Roger Brooks has been building fine Tooling for the most discerning boat builders for nearly 20 years. No matter what your tooling needs are, we can help you. We can produce large hulls, decks, superstructures, flybridges, liners, and small parts. If you’re interested in RTM or parts finished on both sides, we can provide the tooling. We are able to produce two, three and four part molds for the most complicated pieces. We can produce molds from your existing plugs or we can develop your tooling from the ground up. All our plugs are built using the best materials available for tooling to insure the finished mold is of the highest quality. Our molds are made the old fashioned way, one layer at a time. No chopper gun or filled resins are used in any of our processes. We use the highest grade tooling gel and tooling resin in order to combat mold shrinkage. This enables our molds to stand up to high cycles and high exotherm. We feel that we add a lot to the local marine industry. We are located in the Coastal Plains of North Carolina and near many boat manufacturers. This makes it very convenient for manufacturers in our area because they now have a quality tooling producer within a short drive of their facility. Boat builders can have their tooling done nearby and be able to keep up with the progress without having to travel out of state.
